A collection of deep cobalt blue pressed glass tableware featuring the Moon and Star pattern. The grouping includes two larger muffineers or sugar shakers and four smaller condiment shakers. The pattern is characterized by deep circular depressions, or moons, and raised multi-pointed stars set within vertical panels above a scalloped base. The glass is fashioned in a deep, translucent cobalt blue. Each piece is fitted with a chrome-plated metal screw-on lid. The larger shakers feature dome-shaped lids with a circular perforation pattern, while the smaller shakers have lower-profile domed lids with small holes for salt or pepper.
