A Collection of Inert 308 Winchester Rifle Cartridges

A collection of rifle cartridges featuring brass casings and silver-colored projectiles. One cartridge removed for detail viewing shows a headstamp impressed on the base with the characters 308, WIN, FC, and 8. The brass casings are bottle-necked in form and are paired with pointed, metallic-jacketed projectiles. At least one example in the group features a small, circular hole drilled through the side of the brass casing (photo 1), indicating the rounds are deactivated or intended for training purposes. The cartridges are presented in a clear plastic bag with a blue and yellow zip-top closure. Length: 2.8 inches.
