A Collection of Pharonic Egyptian Faience Amulets and Beads, strung as two necklaces. Reputedly examined by Egyptian Department of the British Museum on 9th January 1980, deemed to date c.1200BC to 1000BC. The first comprising thirty-two amulets, including Thoth, Bes, Anubis, Heh, Harpocrates and eleven Udjat eyes, with others, interspersed with tubular and circular beads, 116cm long. The second hung with Thoth and Bes, interspersed with tubular and circular beads, 76cm long. Together with a funerary scarab, a Horus amulet and a small selection of early 20th century copies (qty)
