A DEHUA WINE EWER AND COVER
17TH CENTURY
The cylindrical body is applied with a double band around the center in imitation of a tied ribbon. The spout and the handle are each modeled in the form of a playful chilong, and the flat, inset cover is set with a finial. The ewer and cover are all covered in an even milk-white glaze.
