A DETAILED IRON EAGLE IN OLD PAINT FOR WHITE EAGLE GAS

The detailed iron figure on stepped plinth with angular lines and canted corners is identical to those of the White Eagle Gas Company mascots, though found here in multiple colors of old, original paint. Circa 1920.

The White Eagle Gas Company was a Mid-western oil company formed after the break-up of Standard oil in 1911 and absorbed by Standard Oil of New York around 1930.
