the round brilliant 'hearts and arrows' cut diamond of 1.14 carats etched with Whiteflash diamonds number 5130702, original certificate not accompanying but reference number corresponds to a report stating colour G and clarity SI1, on diamond and gem set shoulders, in platinum, size O 1/2, 5.8g

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
