Trunk-shaped, on four ball feet, ogee lower and upper borders, the sides each with engraved medallions surrounded by scrolling foliage, one side with medallion, one depicting Justice, the other depicting Peace. The front and back depicting nativity scenes, The hinged cover with a betrothed couple. The lock in the shape of an anglel's head. The shaped swing handle engraved.
