The body decorated with a continuous scene of boys at play: some holding umbrellas and lanterns, some lighting firecrackers, and some playing musical instruments, all between?ruyi?borders and below linked foliate and peony scrolls on the neck, which is flanked by a pair of lavender scroll handles and is painted in gilding on either side with?shou?characters, interior and base enamelled a pale turquoise.
