The field with cloud-bands, various hooked palmettes and angular vine, archaic mihrab above with stylised hooked arabesques. In shaped hooked panel and hooked vine double stripe border. Outer barber-pole and plain stripes. Slight wear on the field and borders, down to knot collar. Ends with short fringes, secured, one corner lightly fraying. Selvages original. Beautiful design. Attractive piece.
