The quarter repeating movement with pierced and engraved gilt balance cock, round pillars, signed Isaac Roberts, London, numbered 1139. With a gilt metal dust cover signed and numbered, white Roman numeral dial with gold hands. The pierced and engraved inner case, gilt pierced and engraved outer case decorated with shells and scrolls with shagreen protective case.

Condition: Shagreen case worn with losses.
Outer pierced gold case with slight wear and fine scratches to the engraving consistent with age and use. Dial with scratches near II inner case in good condition, dented near VII. Movement in working order but not tested for timekeeping.
