The dark blue field with a central terracotta red medallion enclosing an ivory and blue flowerhead centerpiece radiating flower heads and leaves supported by mirrored pendants, flowering vines and plants surrounded by a dark blue border with oak leaf at each corner enclosing continuous polychrome flower head roundels alternating with diagonal orientated palmettes linked by angular vines linked to plant stems issuing small flower heads, a great harmonic drawing in an attractive palette.
