the front with a painted porcelain panel, signed to the lower left corner, the drum-shaped twin train movement striking on a gong and with a circular seal mark detailed 'MEDAILLE D'ARGENT 1855', with a key and pendulum, height 31.5cm
Condition report:
Tarnishing and wear to the lacquered surfaces.
The painted scene with name to the lower left corner, possibly Coffot. Enamels slightly worn in areas.
The movement with a key. Appears to be ticking when wound with the key, but a thorough service by a clock specialist is recommend and no guarantee can be offered.
