A silver breast star medallion of the Order of Nicham El-Anouar, with a star surrounded by blue and red enamel, radiating vermilion starburst circle with Arabic inscription, attached to a blue ribbon with a white stripe and with a royal crown suspension; the Order of Nichan El-Anourar, or the Order of Light of Tadjourah, was established iin 1887 by the Sultan of Tadjourah in present-day Djibouti and later placed under the protection of the French Third Republic in 1896 as a colonial order.
