The white and grey veined marble top above three frieze drawers centered by a lion's mask flanked by scrolling rinceaux, above two doors mounted with a jasperware plaque, opening to six drawers, the sides similarly decorated and mounted with plaques depicting La marchande d'amours and Le nid d'amours, the reverse stenciled 'KRIEGER/PARIS/74, FAUBOURG ST. ANTOINE'
