Condition Report:
The dial lacking the glass bezel and hands. The enamel in generally good condition, with some light surface scratches and scattered tiny flakes, consistent with age and use. The strut and reverse with tarnish and scratches. The ivory reverse cracked at the top right and bottom right screws, with a possible chip at the bottom left corner.
Provenance:
A gift from Leopold de Rothschild (1845–1917) and his wife Marie (nee Perugia) (1862–1937) to Lady Marjorie Manners (1883-1946) on the occasion of her marriage to Charles Paget, 6th Marquess of Anglesey (1885-1947) in 1912.
