modelled as a frog doing a hand-stand with its rear feet held together, its eyes set with cabochon rubies, its mouth mounted with gold and set with a row of rose-cut diamonds, in the style of a Japanese netsuke
height 5.2cm; 2 1/16 in.

Condition Report:
Very good condition overall, a crack on the rear left foot which has caused discolouration, a result in keeping with the qualities of the stone when impacted.
