A Fabulous Silver Plate & Cut Glass Centre Piece incorporating fruit comports and Ice Buckets mounted on a tray base with break D-ends and decorative scroll feet adorned with crested dolphin-head mounts. The diamond cut principal fruit bowl having a scalloped edge with serrated rim elevated by a stem of fanned acanthus leaves, with subsidiary dishes on scrolling arms either side. The pedestal base cast with recumbent lions between clumps of ferns, and flanked by a pair of cut glass ice buckets with silver plate lids surmounted by putti, 15¼'' (39 cm) high, 20'' (51 cm) in length, 10½'' (27 cm) wide.
