the lobed, globular body decorated with shaped openings each centered with a mythical beast, against a reticulated swastika ground, alternating with raised dragon-form flanges underneath a pair of upright handles, supported on three splayed legs with applied beast masks and prunus flowers, further set on a fitted Chinese hardwood stand, the reticulated, domed cover topped with a striding kirin-form finial.
