A French Art Nouveau 18k gold, diamond ruby and pearl pendant brooch.
Designed as the head of a lady with long wavy hair, set with rose- and old-cut diamonds and a small ruby. Two hooks on the back for attaching to a chain and removable brooch mount. Suspending a natural Baroque-form freshwater pearl (diameter 7.63 mm), encrusted with a small diamond. Hallmarks: Parisian "tète d'aigle" gold guarantee, mis-struck maker's mark. H total 3.7 cm. Weight 15.44 g.
