A French Gilt Bronze Mounted Marble Mantel Clock henry dasson (1825-1896), after clodion carved to show a reclining nude atop a lion pelt, inscribed Henry Dasson and dated 1880, the enameled dial signed HRY DASSON. Height 16 x width 22 1/2 x depth 11 1/2 inches.

The front bronze mount is loose from the base. Several of the woman's toes have repaired breaks with visible overpainting. Some wear to the dial but no breaks or significant cracks/enamel loss. Some rubbing on the signature. Clock winds, runs and strikes but does not strike properly on the bell. No key.
