the movement stamped both G.F. and F.D. in a cartouche, the porcelain mounts each initialed M.J. and numbered 73 in iron red.
Height of mantel clock 19 1/4 x width 10 5/8 inches; height of urns 16 1/2 inches.

Clocks, Barometers & Scientific Instruments
The clock is not running and is lacking a pendulum and winding key. The hands can be manually advanced but the movement has not been tested otherwise. One of the upper porcelain panels of the clock case is loose in its fitting and occasionally slips down, to expose the interior of the case, but the porcelain is intact. In otherwise good condition, with areas of slight rubbing to the gilt but no significant losses. See additional photos.
