the hinged rectangular top opening to a paper-lined well, raised on slightly splayed legs.
Height 32 x width 51 x depth 21 3/4 inches.
Condition Report: front right foot at bottom 3 inches spliced; front left food bottom 6 inches replaced; 2-inch loss to back left corner; general scratches and wear overall, and losses to varnish; refinished overall; shrinkage to the two-board top; 2-inch oval filled gouge; piece of wood measuring 20 x 2 1/2 inches replaced from one edge to center; iron hinges added in the 19th century; interior later upholstered
