The arms are those of the City of Lichfield.
The inscription reads:
THIS FLAGGON WAS THE GIFT OF CHARLES SKRYMSHER BOOTHBY Esq. / AND OF ANNE HIS WIFE TO THE PARISH / WEIGHING 40 OUNCES 10 DWT.
