A GEORGE II MAHOGANY SIDE TABLEIN THE MANNER OF THOMAS CHIPPENDALE, CIRCA 174572.5cm high, 96cm wide, 59.5cm deep Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Some old splits and chips (see images). Some later blocks to the interior of the carcass. Some blocks applied to the underside of the top to help secure splits. Evidence of old worm to the interior of the carcass and rear frieze. Handles and escutcheons appear original. Locks are later 18th century replacements. A key is present and operates all locks.
