A GEORGE III IRISH STERLING SILVER PEPPER CASTER, DUBLIN CIRCA 1760 MAKERS MARK OBSCURED
Vase shaped form upon a domed spreading foot, the domed pull off lid surmounted by a knop finial, engraved with lattice work and drill pierced holes. The body with later embossed decoration of rocaille C scroll reserved with fish scale pattern and foliage. Marked to the side and to lid flange with town mark and standard mark only.
