A GEORGE III MAHOGANY AND ELM CHEST SECOND HALF 18TH CENTURY The crossbanded top above graduated drawers 85.5cm high, 99 wide, 49.5cm deep SALEROOM NOTICE : Please note the correct dimensions are 85.5cm high, 99 wide, 49.5cm deep Condition Report: Generally good condition, structurally secure and with wear and tear consistent with age and use. Very minor shrinkage cracks throughout. Minor scuffing to leading edges, there are replacements to mouldings, almost the entire top edge moulding is replaced, and the cockbeadings to drawer edges all replaced. Handles are replaced and it's possible the top is reveneered. All drawer locks removed and the rebates filled. Drawers are pine-lined. Feet apparently basically original. Condition Report Disclaimer
