Good quality with signs of age and use. The leather inset to the hinged tops worn with significant losses, scuffs, scratches and marks. Lacking two thirds of waist height moulding to one side. A historic split to one fold of top, near the hinge. Old marks and scratches generally. Some water marks to foot of plinth base. Interior shelves slot into place but one is warped. Mahogany rails (upon which folios rest) which slot into top have warped one is missing brass fixing and they currently do not fix in place.
