by George Betjemann & Sons, London 1913, of square form with a hinged cover, silver mounted and inset with blue stone banding. 6cm by 7.1cm
The maker's mark is slightly rubbed but legible. The other marks are clear. The hinged cover opens and closes well. No losses to the lapis lazuli, but a few chips to the edges of the stone. In otherwise good condition, and a very presentable piece.
