by Alexander Clark & Co Ltd, Birmingham 1920, oval, of good size, the hinged cover decorated with a border of bellflowers, the velvet lined interior with slots for six rings flanking a recessed well, raised on pierced foliate and scroll form feet. 15.5cm wide, 15 troy ounces gross
A set of clear marks to the underside of the base and the lid marked to the front edge. One foot ever so slightly pushed inwards, which resulted in a slight rock; this could easily be rectified.
