[ translate ]

For a nearly identical example, see number 93 on page 111 of "The Kentucky Pistol" by Chandler & Whisker. This pistol and the example in the book have the same barrel, form, and furniture. Peter Moll worked in Hellerstown, Pennsylania. This pistol features a thick-walled 2-stage barrel with a brass front sight. The flat lockplate is stamped "LONDON WARRANTED" in the center.
