Of rectangular shape, almost carved in the round, the base rising up and terminating in thick volutes, the surface worked with acanthus leaves, in the centre a bust representation of a haloed Buddha in the Abhaya Mudra (Fear Not Gesture), further rosettes sprouting from the capital's head, mounted on a later wooden base, 11cm x 21.5cm excluding the base.
