It appears a joining ring possibly a modern body potted on an old base, with seal mark, see images
Cats: in good condition, the right facing cat with a small production flaw shown as a lighter toned patch of turquoise on the rear leg (see images) the left facing cat has a tiny flea bite chip or frit to the ear (see images)
