A GROUP OF TWO FRENCH ART DECO STERLING SILVER MOUNTED CUT CRYSTAL DECANTERS, BY CLAUDE CHAPOT, EARLY 20TH CENTURY, the smaller with an octagonal reed cut lid over a sterling cigar band style collar, marked with maker's diamond surrounding monogram E.J. flanking a head of a man, and French guarantee, over a cascading collar over clear panels interspersed by repeating reed motif, height: 7 1/2" diameter: 5"; the larger example with a circular filet cut lid over a sterling cigar band style collar with spreading foot above a cascading collar with petal cuts on a filet cut spreading foot, marked with maker's mark, attributed to Claude Chapot, and French guarantee, height: 8 1/2" diameter: 5 1/2".
