Cinquefoil frame with reeded rims, applied roundel to the front with engraved arms of Robert SANDFORD who married in 1717 Henrietta O'BRIEN, central scroll carrying handle with baluster form stem, on four scroll supports with shell pad feet, with three casters, of baluster form and two silver mounted glass bottles, each with engraved crest, height to of largest caster 18cm, length of frame 21.3cm, weight 57oz.
