oval cartouche with leaf scroll border and with partly reeded and fluted lower body, plain scroll handles, on moulded footrim, 6.5ins diameter (to top) x 7ins high, weight 23ozs, the oval cartouche with moulded and rope pattern banding with punched leaf design and with reeded and fluted lower half, the cartouche engraved "This Cup was won at Beverly in Yorkshire by Peggy Grievesme, the property of John Clarke Esq"
