Condition Report: Minor wear to legs, otherwise finish consistent with age; a stable crack to one front foot. Blocks replaced. Contemporary upholstery generally good, some minor staining to seat and arms. Minor surface scratches, abrasions, and wear to wood commensurate with age and use.
