The desk has no condition issues other than a small crack on the left side panel, typical of furniture pieces of this age. There are some old scratches, again commensurate with age and normal wear and tear. The brasses are all original. The drawers all slide in and out easily. When open, the desk writing surface is 31 1/4 inches high.
