In overall fine and stable condition. Retaining a fairly even refinished surface and patina throughout, though some areas are lighter due to other possible repairs. With few traces of a rich, dark patina. Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Few old losses to the carved decoration visible. Age cracks visible in few areas. One arm was likely strengthened at the junction with the back.
