Condition Report: The top surface sustains many scratches and stains, with slight warping in some spots. There is a crack with wood loss at the front edge, a natural split in the wood at left center, and a large chip with veneer loss at the center rear edge and right rear corner. The lock mechanism is missing from the top drawer. There is a crack in the left side of the top drawer face and a long horizontal crack on the interior (not visible from the exterior). The hardware has almost certainly been replaced. There is chiiping to the trim at the perimeter of all drawers and the wood trim on the top right side of the chest is missing. There are also two natural vertical splits on the right side of the chest and one on the left side. There is a piece of wood missing from the back of the rear left leg. The drawers seem to slide freely and the chest is sturdy. There are many scuffs to the feet. All of the escutcheons are intact but 3 out of 4 have linear splits
