A George III mahogany night table, almost certainly by Alexander Peter, circa 1770, the rectangular top within an unusually carved and pierced gallery incorporating repeated trellis motifs, above a pair of cupboard doors and the commode drawer beneath, flanked by brass side carrying handles, on square section moulded legs and castors, 79cm high, 53cm wide, 45cm deep
