Structurally sound. General marks, nicks, scratches, rubbing, stains, scars and wear commensurate with age and use. Notable burns, stains and repairs to top. Full width shrinkage crack to top. Hardware replaced. Areas of notable losses to timber - some visible in catalogue photos. Uneven fading.
