first London, 1818, maker mark rubbed, of oblong bellied form engraved with a bright cut band of acorns, scrolling oak leaves and flowers with gadrooned borders and leaf capped angular reed handled on ball feet, interior gilt and initialled, together with two butter knives with carved mother of pearl handles, one with Greek key engraved blade, Birmingham, 1870 George Unite, the other Birmingham, 1854, Hillard & Thomason, initialled, (3)
first length 16.5 cm., weight of jug only 5.46ozt.
Condition: The jug in good condition without dings or knock however the gilt interior is rubbed, the butter knives in good condition
