A George III silver teapot, of shaped oval outline, bright-cut with garlands of flowers and having composite handle by Daniel Smith & Robert Sharp, London 1784, 13cm high, and a very similar teapot stand by John Hutson, London 1788, 19oz overall. Good overall. The lid fits well and hinge is fine. Minor knocks and scratches, slightly mis-shapen to the tip of the spout. Engraved decoration slightly worn. Part of finial is missing. The tea pot does sit flat on the stand. The stand has a slight wobble.
