A George III unusual sized oak eight day longcase clock, the hood with swan neck pediment, blue backed glazed panels with painted floral ornament, the case with fluted quartered pilasters and on ogee bracket feet, the dial with painted panel over a roman silvered chapter ring with subsidiary second hand and date aperture, signed 'Lupton of Altringcham', the dial 21cm wide x 30cm high, the case 51.5cm wide x 26.5cm deep x 196cm high
