A George IV mahogany and inlaid secretaire Pembroke table, circa 1825, the top above two frieze drawers to each of the short ends, one fitted with hinged inset writing surface, 70cm high, 114cm wide (open), 104cm deepCondition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Old chips and splits. No key present, both locks are open. Some small losses to veneers and stringing. Filler used to the top in places. fitted interior of one drawer is a later addition. Three of the legs with repaired breaks (see images). One repair is opening. Some additional splits to the base of the stem. Section of moulding to the base of the stem is lacking.
