Appears in overall good and stable condition. On casters. The velvet upholstery is overall fairly good condition. There are minor sections of wear to the piping along the front of the seat cushions. A small area of wear to one of the backs, begining to form a pin size hole in the upholstery. The legs with minor nicks and scrapes, commensurate with light use and moving.
