the Police Gallantry Medal, Police Long Service & Good Conduct Medal, India General Service Medal with Warizistan 1921-24 clasp, WWI War Medal (Gunner RA) & WWII Defence Medal, together with Royal Humane Society citation awarded 'for having on the 12th August 1936, gone to the rescue of a boy who was in imminent danger of drowning in the Grand Surrey Canal at Camberwell SE and whose life he gallantly saved', also a photograph of the recipient in uniform. The five medals are framed together with a Carnegie Hero Fund Trust Citation.
