The sides with pierced lattice work and a cast an applied rim of flower heads and leaves, the base with a rim of rocaille scroll work leading to a kinetic circular wheel. Fully marked underneath and engraved ‘Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company, 112 Regent St.W.’, the wheel part-marked and with Fox’s makers mark.
