the funnel bowl intaglio engraved and polished with a continuous frieze of four putti with a garland of fruiting vines below a border of exotic birds and plain cartouches divided by further panels of fruit-filled basket and tazza flanked by bearded mask, the lower part carved in Hochschnitt with stiff leaves above a baluster stem and spreading foot iwth similar ornament, each section divided by a bladed knop cut with lenses
