A German one of a kind 22k gold and ancient glass pendant necklace with engraved poem by Stefan George.
One of a kind piece. Stylised stele design, the plinth set with a trapezoid fragment of lapis blue glass and a rectangular fragment of millefiori glass flanked on either side by scrolls. Hand-engraved with Stefan George's poem "Komm in den totgesagten Park und schau". Enclosed a hand-forged chain of twisted links and moulded rings with hook and eye clasp. Signed and dated "Skoluda 91" on the base. The pendant slightly warped. H 9.5 cm. Chain L 64 cm. Total weight 59.22 g.
